If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of invoicing. For large consignments, an initial payment of 20% of the quoted amount is required prior to the commencement of packing.
2. Duties and Customs
Custom duties will apply based on the item's cost/invoice value. Any unforeseen duties incurred shall be borne by the customer. ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited will not be liable for goods seized by customs authorities due to violations of import/export regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
3. Weight and Charges
The maximum weight per box depends on the carrier/service opted and the destination and will be communicated during collection.
Chargeable weight is determined by either gross weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher). Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula:
(Width × Length × Height in centimeters) ÷ 5000 = weight in kilograms
The final weight will be determined after box packing is completed. For oversized cargo exceeding standard dimensions, additional handling charges may apply.
Handling charges of £5 per box apply to every box sent.
An additional £10 per box applies for Door-to-Door service.
Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) applies to remote locations.
4. Packaging and Fragile Items
Fragile items are shipped under customer responsibility. Wooden box packaging is recommended to ensure safety during transit. Customers are advised to adhere to industry-standard packaging guidelines.
Failure to meet packaging requirements may affect the safety and handling of shipments, for which ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited will not be accountable. All non-document items are subject to inspection.
5. Liability and Insurance
ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including customs delays or natural calamities.
We do not guarantee or insure against damage or breakage during transit. Separate insurance must be arranged by the customer.
Once the receiver accepts and signs for the parcel, ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited bears no further responsibility. Any complaints must be raised at the time of receipt.
6. Delivery and Shipment
All delivery timelines provided are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions, customs clearance, and transit schedules.
International shipments generally take 10 to 12 working days for delivery to main cities, with an additional 1 to 4 days for remote areas.
ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited reserves the right to open all parcels prior to dispatch.
7. Cancellation and Returns
Shipment cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total invoice value, plus packing and documentation charges, will apply.
Return delivery charges are additional. All forward bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
If requested to destroy or dispose of unwanted parcels or contents, the billed invoice amount remains unchanged.
8. Prohibited Goods
Certain goods are prohibited from shipment, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by international or destination-specific regulations.
ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited reserves the right to refuse such shipments and will not be responsible for items seized by authorities. Prohibited or dangerous goods may be disposed of without notice, and any penalties imposed will be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Customs and Regulations
Customs regulations require valid identification documents for both sender and receiver, including government-issued IDs such as passports, national ID cards, or driving licenses.
The sender must provide an accurate, itemized packing list and is responsible for penalties arising from incorrect or missing declarations.
If customs duty is not included in the quotation and is incurred, the customer shall be responsible for payment. ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited will not be responsible for releasing items held by customs authorities.
10. Complaints
Complaints regarding missing goods will only be considered if the receiver weighs and photographs the parcel before signing for receipt.
Customers are strongly advised to insure parcels. In the event of loss, claims must be raised directly with the insurance provider. ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited will not participate in the insurance claim process.
11. Communication and Marketing
We may use your provided email address(es) and contact number(s) for marketing communications, including emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. By providing these details, you consent to such communications.
12. Miscellaneous
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotations are valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue and may be withdrawn at any time.
By sending a shipment through ABC Cargo & Courier UK Limited and making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. No physical signature is required to validate this agreement.
13. Compensation
Compensation for missing boxes or damaged goods is limited to £5 per billed kilogram, subject to a maximum of £150 per missing box.
Claims are subject to internal evaluation, and documentary proof of declared value must be provided. Written confirmation is required for all queries; verbal communications will not be considered valid.
All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of origin and destination courier partners, airlines, shipping companies, and customs authorities, depending on the mode of transport.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
